Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific beauty items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original manufacturer packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

  Ship to Distribution Center

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
